The Record Industry Keeps Getting Stupider.

So apparently, if your longing for mindless advertisements just isn’t fulfilled through TV Commercials, Billboards and Myspace ads, don’t worry. Now Sony BMG and the Geniuses at We7 will be putting 10 sec of ads before all of Sony’s digital catalog — For FREE. Sorry for theh sarcasm but its true. Sony is opening up their whole catalog to the public for free as long as you’re willing to put up with about 10sec of pre-appended ad space. Read more about this completey STUPID idea over at Big Arena Records. This really pisses me off. They really couldn’t care less about the art form.
