Nottz dropped this VA classic a few years back in 2005 as a Mixtape / “Street Album.” Call it what you want. This joint is pure heat . Top notch production across the board on this one. I don’t know what Nottz does with his hi-hats but its something out of this word. I’ve never heard a thicker hi-hat that sounded as crisp as the ones he uses all over this album. On top of that the MC’s are all nasty. Reminds me of some M.O.P. mixed with Flipmode circa ’98. DMP stands for “Durte Muzik Prahdukshun” which is exactly how this joint sounds. Peep the sample below.
